Hello, I am Lindsey.

I grew up in a small town outside of Houston, Texas and then went on to get my Bachelor's degree in German from Texas A&M University (Whoop!). I moved to Portland over 10 years ago to go to grad school at Portland State University and graduated from there with my Master of Arts in Teaching German in 2012.

Life gave me a little curve ball and I have since ended up working for an amazing investment consulting firm full time. Throughout all of my adventures in Europe, in college, and since, I have had a deep passion for photography. I enjoy being able to capture life's fleeting moments and being able to cherish them for all of time.

In 2013 my son was born, and I just couldn't stop taking photos of him! Kids grow up way too fast, and I wanted to be able to remember him as the little ball of joy that he was forever. Somewhere along the way I started photographing my friends and family, and thus Sunshower Images was born.
